Meeting called to order at 705pm by President Keith Gentry
Minutes from the April 3rd were distributed to members present. Minutes read by Buzz. Motion made to accept the minutes as read by Nikki seconded by Dena, all were in favor.
Treasurer’s report was submitted by Dena. Our current balance $866.98. Motion was made to accept the report as read by Buzz, seconded by Nikki, all were in favor.
Grass cutting will be handled by the 4H up through the Blue Ribbon Horse Show. They will also Use Round-up in the arena area’s
Open horse show. Still looking for a Judge. Will offer concession stand to the 4H. If they decline, the assoc. will sell pizza by the slice and drinks
Assoc. timers borrowed by the Peners have been sent back for repairs. They will be returned to Keith when in good working order.
Reviewed the show bill for the open show. Everyone needs to contact other members to assist in working at the show.
Keith will contact Rob Williams about Hay cutting. Rob will be offered first right of refusal
for the hay and then offered to Nikki.
